This washed processed coffee has a clean cup that isn't too complex, like the simplicity of driving up Little Cottonwood Canyon in Utah. The nutty, dark chocolatey profile makes a cozy cup you want to be drinking deep in the mountain canyons, especially when coated in fresh powder. 

This coffee is grown on the San Isidro plantation, located in lush forested mountains in Nueva Segovia. The Rodriquez family of farmers receives on average 100% above the world market price for their coffee, and are known for their hand-picked coffee and hand made hulling machine.
