About Us

Hi! My name is Jasmin, I’m the owner and operator of Red Tree Coffee Co. I'm a Utah native who moved to the beautiful state of Oregon several years ago. The name Red Tree is a representation of where I was and where I am: the beautiful red rock deserts in Utah and the alluring evergreen forests in Oregon. I’ve always loved connecting with people and touching their lives, even the littlest of ways and I have always been enamored with coffee shops. They have a special way of bringing people together.

One of my first jobs was as a barista at a large coffee chain, then I worked at a small coffee shop and roastery in my hometown for several years. It was there that I realized my passion for coffee, the community around it, and met my partner of now 5 years. 3 years ago we moved to Oregon, and have enjoyed every bit of this beautiful state. I’ve been working in an office since the move, however I’ve been feeling like my heart lies elsewhere. So I’ve decided to try something new and scary, and start a coffee company.
